    Veronica White

    Veronica is a trailblazer in Australian women’s rugby league, with an outstanding career as a Jillaroos player (17 caps), coach, and administrator. As the first female president and life member of the Australian Women’s Rugby League, she played a key role in launching the Women’s Interstate Challenge now State of Origin.

    A proud teacher and community leader, Veronica was awarded the NRL’s Veronica White Medal in 2019 and inducted into the NRL Hall of Fame in 2024. Through Iron TRAKS, she continues to empower and mentor future female leaders, using her passion, strength, and experience to guide the next generation.

    Fran is an experienced mediator and trainer with a multidisciplinary background in social policy, child protection, and dispute resolution. She specialises in delivering practical, solutions for children, families and communities. With expertise in management, education, and conflict resolution, Fran ensures impactful, people-first outcomes.

    Chris Williams

    Chris is a chartered accountant with a robust career spanning over two decades in private clubs, community clubs, professional sports and other industries. His career includes roles at the Queensland Reds, Royal Queensland Golf Club and Broncos Leagues Club managing the financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency and alignment of financial strategies with organisational goals.

    Sophie Potter

    Sophie has worked across the community sector in Australia, the UK, and south-east Asia for 25 years. She has a proven track record in leading strategic, innovative programs and demonstrating impact. She is currently on the Senior Leadership Team of ACON, supporting the LGBTQ+ community in NSW. Sophie is passionate about Iron Traks' work in empowerment, addressing health equity and using sport to uplift the lives of women.

    Craig Patrick

    Craig has been actively involved in rugby league and community service for over 30 years. A proud father and grandfather, Craig is passionate about helping young people achieve their full potential through mentorship, sport, and leadership. He has chaired and supported multiple not-for-profit organizations, bringing a strong sense of purpose and direction to community initiatives. Craig’s long-standing commitment continues to make a positive impact across generations.

    Kelly Ryan

    Kelly Ryan is a proud Dunghutti woman, born in Brisbane with family connections to Kempsey Country. For more than two decades, Kelly has worked at the grassroots level supporting families, young people and community organisations. She currently serves as a Police Liaison Officer with the Queensland Police Service (QPS), where she helps build trust, cultural understanding and practical pathways between community and police. Kelly is deeply committed to empowering young girls, creating safe spaces for their voices, and strengthening community relationships through consistent, on-the-ground engagement.

    Megan Cassar

    Megan is a proud mum of two and a passionate women's mental health advocate. She is dedicated to empowering people to be the change they wish to see in their communities and within themselves. In her early career, Megan was a Legal Assistant for 10 years before moving into the not-for-profit sector for the last 15 years, leading and transforming volunteer programs. Megan leads with empathy and a person-centered approach and draws on her lived experience to connect and build relationships.

    Tracey Thompson

    Tracey is a trailblazer in women’s sport and community leadership. A former Australian Jillaroos player, she represented her country in 16 test matches and two Rugby League World Cups, and captained the inaugural Indigenous Women’s All-Stars.

    A former Queensland Police Officer, Tracey is deeply committed to mentoring young women, especially those from First Nations and diverse backgrounds.

    As Co-founder of Iron Traks, she leads programs that build confidence, resilience, and cultural connection through sport and education.
